How long does onboarding take?
Most customers are up and running within a week. We help you with data import, configuring your company structure and training your key users. Large customers get a dedicated onboarding specialist.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, you get 14 days' free access to every feature of your chosen plan. No credit card needed to start. After the trial, you decide whether to continue.
Can I import existing data?
Of course. We support importing staff data, customers, products and historical orders via CSV or Excel. For more complex migrations, we're happy to help.
Which integrations are available?
IceCloud integrates with Mollie (payments), Google Maps (routes and tracking) and iCal (calendar export), and offers a REST API for bespoke connections. Large customers can request custom integrations.
Does IceCloud work on mobile?
Yes, the whole platform is mobile-friendly. On top of that, we have a dedicated PWA (Progressive Web App) for food truck operators and ice cream sellers, which also offers basic offline functionality.
What about security and privacy?
IceCloud uses JWT authentication, 256-bit SSL encryption and role-based access control with 100+ permissions. We are GDPR compliant and data is stored in European data centres.
What kind of support do I get?
Small: email support (response within 24 hours). Medium: priority email support (response within 4 hours during office hours). Large: dedicated account manager + phone support + SLA guarantee.
Am I tied into a long-term contract?
No — with monthly payment you can cancel at any time. With annual payment you get around 17% off, and after the first year you can cancel monthly.
What if I grow and need more?
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Add extra users, vehicles or modules in your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. You can export all your data in CSV, Excel or JSON format. We believe in data ownership — your data stays yours.
